Tymofiiv S. Transaction Costs and Their Management in the Agrarian Enterprises Activity

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the transaction costs management in agrarian enterprises activity. The interpretation of the transaction costs is specified. The logic of researches of the transaction costs management problem is systematized. The contracting transaction costs and the environment transaction costs are separated as two components of the aggregate transaction costs of economic agents. The process of the agrarian enterprises transaction costs formation and functioning is analyzed. The classification of the agrarian enterprises transaction costs is exacted in the context of providing the sufficient fullness and detailing of the data about these costs for the management process. The economic categories of the "perfect institutional infrastructure" and the "perfection of the institutional infrastructure" are formulated in the context of estimation of the institutional infrastructure state influence on the economic agents' transaction costs forming. The estimation of the present state of the transaction costs management in the agrarian enterprises activity is realized. The concept of the accounting-analytical providing of the agrarian enterprises transaction costs management is developed. The directions of the institutional providing of this process are grounded. The system of measures concerning the organization of agrarian enterprises transaction costs management is developed.
