Essay

The dissertation is devoted to actual procedural problems of appeals of the decisions on cases of administrative offences, under the jurisdiction of internal affairs bodies. In the dissertation the right of citizens to the administrative appeal as a right to make an application to executive bodies that is granted by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine is reviewed; the mechanism for the implementation of the right to appeal in the sphere of state administration is determined and historical stages of legislation that regulates the right to appeal in Ukraine are researched.
