Essay

This thesis is devoted to the research of the competitive struggle process that arises between market participants. Author has developed a scheme of interaction of competitive environment factors. We formulated methods for assessing the level of competition which were applied to consulting services market of Ukraine. In this dissertation were researched the plane of interaction between market participants at the level of three subsystems: "firm-client", "firm-firm", "firm-state." During the analysis subsystem "firm-customer" is defined composition sellers on the market and market leaders; composition consulting consumers of the product; the distribution of clients of consulting firms in terms of production and on an industry basis. There was ascertained that the important problem of interaction of the subsystem "firm-client" is information asymmetry. Analyzing subsystem "firm-firm" was studied the dynamics of distribution of advisory services between the market players; calculated the share of the leading consulting companies and the dynamics of change in sales consulting companies. In thesis was analyzed the influence of the quality characteristics of consulting services for its price. There were studied factors that determine the competition at the market of consulting services and regularity of their influence. Model of Porter was applied to analyze the nature of competition at the market of consulting services.In dissertation we studied a competition at the market of consulting services using regression analysis. Analyzed trends of competition development at the consulting services market of Ukraine. There were considered the main directions of forming a system of formal institution, such as: a clear distinction between the powers of the protection of competition; development of normative acts to regulate and regulation of consulting activities; develop short, medium and long-term programs of market development; further improvement of the theoretical and methodological, instructional and methodological basis for the development of competition at the market of consulting services
