Slatvinska L. Government regulation of investment processes in milk-production subcomplex of Ukraine

The object of study: the system of state regulation of investment processes in Ukraine subcomplex of milk. Objective: To study the theoretical foundations of state regulation of investment processes in Ukraine subcomplex of milk and develop practical recommendations for its development, which is aimed at activating the investment industry to ensure food security and increase the competitiveness of dairy products in terms of economic integration. Methods: analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization, methods of mathematical statistics, expert methods, tabular and graphic display of how economic information, linear regression analysis. Scientific novelty: the first reasonable directions of improvement of system of state regulation of investment processes of milk subcomplex on the basis of its coordination functions hierarchical levels (center - region - an area) for sub components (feed production, raw milk and processing) with the requirements of a significant intensification of innovation Information Society and standards as the motivator of economic relations; improved interpretation of the term "development of milk sub" defining the essence of state regulation of investment processes of milk subcomplex, methodical approaches to determining the evolutionary stages of development of domestic investment prerequisites of milk on sub transitional investment processes in innovation and investment.
