Thesis is dedicated to detailed examination of Ukrainian music secession as the style of European Modern. By outlining cultural and art style essence a range of main foundations of European music secesive invariant have been defined. Ukrainian secession is viewed as rather an original and distinctive style inherent in adjacent kinds of art (architecture, painting, and graphics). It has been established that there are two style models of Ukrainian music secession in Ukrainian music culture - of European and "Hutsul" .
