Essay

The object of research is dynamics of natural and artificial ionospheric inhomogeneities. The goal is the development and improvement of radio physical methods for remote sounding of ionospheric inhomogeneities. Research methods are theoretical and experimental methods of radio physical research. A technique has been developed for application of imaging riometers in investigations of natural and artificial ionospheric inhomogeneous by the scintillations method. Techniques have been proposed for recovering the mean values of the electron density and temperature inside of the modified ionospheric region. The application area is networks of the imaging riometers and LOFAR systems.
