Velichko E. Scattering of a plane electromagnetic wave by multilayered cylindrical structures

The object of study is the phenomenon of the plane electromagnetic wave scattering by multilayered cylindrical structures. The goal is to build a two-dimentional model of the plane electromagnetic wave scattering by multilayered cylindrical structures, which allows to calculate the fields with arbitrary values of permittivity and permeability. A numerical model of the plane electromagnetic wave scattering by multilayered cylindrical structures has been built. The effect of dielectric coating on the scattering of electromagnetic waves by objects with perfect conductivity has been investigated. The plasmon resonances of gold and silver cylindrical structures have been studied. The area is radiophysics.
