The dissertation presents the solution of current scientific and practical task, namely: a complex approach to the diagnostics and treatment of patients with multiple tooth loss and periodontitis, who require complete reconstruction of occlusal relationships including patients with musculo-articular dysfunction. Thus, in patients with multiple tooth loss and muscular-articular dysfunctions after occlusal therapy the application of overdenture restorations with the fixation on telescopic crowns provides the possibility to maintain a complete reconstruction of occlusal relationships, taking into account the occlusal guidance determined by the data of occlusiography and provides the reliable stabilization of achieved results. The carried out questioning of the patients about the degree of satisfaction with overdenture restoration with telescopic system of fixation has shown the high result - 96%.
