Thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of legal and organizational bases of the activities of internal affairs bodies in the implementation of financial control. It is determined that the organs of internal affairs are among the subjects of a financial control, because the organs of internal affairs appertain the counteraction to the infrictions of the law in all the spheres of public life, including the detection, suppression and prevention of the violations of legislation in the sphere of economy, which is carried out with the aim of the ensuring of the financial discipline and legality, as well as guaranteeing of the economic security of the country, which relates to the functions of OIA the function of the ensuring of financial control.
