Hapon O. Adaptation of labor legislation of Ukraine on leisure time to the legislation of the European Union.

The thesis is devoted to the examination of current theoretical and practical problems of adaptation of labor legislation of Ukraine on leisure time to the legislation of the European Union. Examined the concept and features of the right of workers to rest; formulated periods of legal regulation of leisure time employees; described the current state of the legal regulation of the right of workers to rest under the labor legislation of Ukraine; analysed the foreign experience of legal regulation right of workers to rest; defined aligning labor legislation of Ukraine on the rest to the European Union; singled out ways to improve the adaptation of labor legislation of Ukraine the rest to the European Union.
