The thesis is devoted to the examination of current theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of distance labor activity. Examined the concept and features of distance labor activity; outlined the historical and legal genesis of distance labor activity; demarcated distance-time workers from other forms of employment; analysed the essence of relationships of distance labor activity; defined grounds of changes and termination of relationship of distance labor activity; described the object and the legal relationship of distance labor activity; highlighted areas of optimization regulation of distance labor activity in Ukraine; developed proposals for borrowing foreign experience of legal regulation of distance labor activity.
