Popovych O. Features of the criminal subculture forming: philosophical and legal aspects.

The thesis deals with comprehensive scientific research of features of the criminal subculture forming. Basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the phenomenon of criminal subculture are shown, philosophical and legal features of the formation of a criminal subculture phenomenon are defined, the criminal subculture as a social-perceptual factor of forming a criminal is analyzed. From the position of philosophy of law, ideological and historical un¬derstanding of the criminal subculture are analysed, the empirical and theoretical level of the analysis of the phenomenon of criminal subculture is considered.
