Bilous O. Concept of inviolability of dwelling or other possession of a person in pre-trial criminal proceeding

A comprehensive study of concept of inviolability of dwelling or other possession of a person in pre-trial criminal proceeding has been undertaken in the thesis based on theory analysis, legislation and practical application hereof. Development of legislation pertaining regulation of inviolability of dwelling has been analyzed. Essence of inviolability of dwelling or other possession of a person has been disclosed, characteristic features of "dwelling" have been singled out and distinguished. Issues of restriction of right for inviolability of dwelling or other possession of a person in case of house arrest application, detention of a person, temporary access to the items of property and documents, arrest of property have been investigated.
