Davydenko V. Methods of investigation into absence without leave from a military unit or place of service

The thesis is the first Ukrainian research devoted to formation of methods of investigation into absence without leave from a military unit or place of service. The criminalistic description has been developed, and the contents and interconnection of its elements have been explored. The typical circumstances subject to establishment and proof have been determined. The peculiarities of initial and further stages of investigation, typical investigative situations, development of investigative versions, planning and carrying out of separate investigative (search) activities and undisclosed investigative (search) activities, use of special knowledge and preventive activity of investigator have been researched.
