Essay

Thesis is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical issues of the activities of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine as a subject of procedural relations. In the study, on the basis of generalization of foreign experience of functioning of higher judicial instances of the consideration of administrative cases several characteristic signs are distinguished and proposals about possible borrowings by Ukraine of several positions of legislation of Poland, France, Germany are suggested.
