The object of study - logistics cargo delivery in a heterogeneous transport network; purpose of the study - to minimize the costs associated with freight, through the creation of methods and models of applied information technology, logistics cargo management in a heterogeneous transport network; Methods: cluster analysis, multi-criteria optimization, fuzzy logic, enumeration theory, combinatorics, methods of queuing theory, methods of the theory of fractals, agent-based approach; Results: Applied Information Technology developed logistics freight management; novelty: for the first time developed a method for forming the structure of channels of delivery in a heterogeneous transport network, which, unlike the existing ones, takes into account a variety of places of storage, distribution centers and points of transshipment and is based on the integrated use of cluster analysis, multi-criteria optimization, fuzzy logic and the theory of enumerating that It improves the efficiency of freight management; improved clustering method by successive partitions of consumers into clusters by the intensity of traffic and the territorial distribution of consumers, which allows to justify the amount of cargo and reduce the time of delivery of products; It was further developed method for calculating basic indicators of cargo using multiphase simulation model that takes into account handling and cargo traffic at the distribution centers heterogeneous transport network that enables us to justify the costs associated with the transshipment and warehousing; has been further developed model freight management using fractals and agent-based modeling, which allows for the delivery of goods while minimizing logistics costs; the degree of implementation - the results of studies implemented in practical activities of research organizations and industrial enterprises; scope of use - information technology.
