Object - the process of microbiological diagnosis of infection by H. pylori in patients with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastroduodenitis; goal - optimize the microbiological methods for detection of H. pylori using new recipe of culture media; identify the main morphological, cultural, biological features of isolated pathogen; methods - microbiological, clinical, endoscopic, biochemical, morphological, mathematical and statistical; results - the new nutrient medium with improved abilities for isolations of H. pylori was developed; for the first it was proved, that in the proposed nutrient medium no changes of toxigenic qualities of H. pylori relative to CagA and VacA toxins occur; for the first time method of simultaneous recording of gastric mucosal pH and the pres-ence of H. pylori in it was developed; existing nutrient media for microbiological study of H. pylori were improved; for the first time inexpedience of the use of more then two nutrient additives for improving of helicobacters’ growth was proved; for the first time there was developed antimicrobial therapeutic agent, based on synergic action of combined antimicrobials drugs and complex compounds, for the treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers associated with H. pylori; branch – medicine.
