Kravchuk I. Information technology of metadata generation for document management systems

The object of research is the process of text information processing and creation of metadata for document management systems. The aim of the study is to improve the creation of metadata for describing the document through the development of information technology of formation metadata based on associative and statistical concept of obtaining knowledge. Methods of research: general theory of sets, relational algebra, systems analysis, formal grammar, formal theory, mathematical statistics, methods of service-oriented architecture, methodology of object-oriented programming. The theoretical results: further developed associative and statistical concept of obtaining knowledge from text information, which formalizes the natural accumulation of associations between linguistic images; the first time created method of morphological analysis of words, which is based exclusively on rules of structure words in languages; improved method for determining semantic network of keyword for text document, which is based on the use of linguistic images dictionary; the first time proposed information technology of creating metadata based on the methods of morphological analysis of words and creating semantic network of keywords for a text. The practical results: algorithms and software for information technology of creating metadata for document management systems in compliance with the Dublin Core standard were created. Degree of implementation: the results of research were implemented into LLC "QUARK CONSULTING", the LLC "Ukrainian-Hungarian joint venture "Anfol" and the learning process of department of automation and information-measuring devices in VNTU.
