The correlation between the growth of coefficients of scattering and absorption layered structures cervical epithelium in the region of 400-450 nm range was analytically proved and experimentally found with increasing anisotropy of form and chromatic nuclei of epithelial cells in the dynamics of change are highly differentiated, low-grade dysplasia. "Spectral fingerprint" in the forms of linear dichroism and its absolute value within individual groups of biological tissues with changes in the morphological state (low-grade dysplasia and high, high adenocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma and benign) was found.
