The dissertation is devoted to enhancement of the secure voice traffic technology on an example of aeronautical radio communication systems by using non-coherent joint frequency-phase modulation modems for voiced speech data transfer, which provides necessary stability, quality and security of radio communication. The mathematical model of non-coherent communication channel is designed. A parametric optimization of this model is made. The parameters of a non-coherent joint frequency-phase modulation modem, which can operate as part of equipment for secure radio communications, are defined. The technology designed by the author is providing high security and acceptable speech intelligibility during encrypted digital voice transfer at data rate 6.2 kbps and signal-to-noise ratio 25 dB in an aeronautical radio communication channel.
