Uhrimova I. Formation of the effective mechanism of industrial restructuring

In the these theoretical framework and practical recommendations on the formation of an effective mechanism for restructuring meat processing enterprises in Ukraine. Singled out the distinctive features and the essence of the concept of "enterprise restructuring" using an integrated approach as a combination of complex enterprise transformation to ensure its strategic stability in changing environments that are based on predictions of their necessity in achieving development goals, and to prevent or overcome the emerging crisis. Developed and scientifically justified methodology for assessing the needs of meat processing plants in the restructuring, which, unlike existing formed based on the evaluation matrix model based on quality indicators - the strategic stability of the company and the stability of the environment, which allows for optimal management decisions on the choice of necessary for implementation of restructuring - preventive, crisis or evolution.
