The work is devoted to the researching of pre-recrystallization heat treatment impact on physical, mechanical and operation properties of steels. The goal of work is to determine main regularities of pre-recrystallization heat treatment impact on the structure and properties of steels. It has been determined that pre-recrystallization heat treatment gives the opportunity to get steel details with increased factors of physical and mechanical properties by way of the structure's beating. The offered modes of pre-recrystallization heat treatment are using at the state enterprise Gas Turbine Research & Production Complex Zorya-Mashproekt; "Sonar" LLC and at the farmer economy " Pokrovskie vorota"
