The object of research is the process of organizing maintenance and reclamation services in terms of property relations transformation. The subject of the research is a complex of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of property relations between agricultural enterprises, organizations and institutions which operate in the providing of maintenance and reclamation services. The purpose of the research is to study the development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations on the formation of the organization of maintenance and reclamation services in terms of property relations transformation of agricultural enterprises. The author used methods of system analysis, comparison, statistical and graphical grouping method, expert methods, and economic-mathematical methods, abstract-logical method. The theoretical value is to improve theoretical positions on the organization of maintenance and reclamation services in terms of property relations transformations of agricultural enterprises. Originality of the research isin improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of property relations transformation; in improvement of theoretical and methodological approach to the choice of agricultural enterprises integration forms, which based on determining the needs and capabilities of enterprises and management needs; in improvement of complex and structure of leverage the property relations transformation of agricultural enterprises, which take into account the specific activities on the reclaimed lands; in improvement the methodical approach to determine the effectiveness of the agricultural enterprises integration which allow to predict the results of the common use of reclaimed lands; in development the definition "organizational and economic mechanism of property relations transformation"; in development the organization mechanism of maintenance and reclamation services in terms of property relations transformation which is based on the principles of public-private partnership, provides motivational component and provide conditions to improve the production of agricultural products on reclaimed lands. The author's suggestions can be used by agricultural enterprises and water management organizations.
