Malachyk L. Environmental services management environmental management of subsoil users

The object of study - activities of subsoil users in the management of environmental management based on environmental services. The aim of the thesis is to study theoretical and methodological approaches and the development of practical recommendations for the involvement of environmental services by subsoil users in the management process of environmental management. The author has used such research methods as: historical, abstract-logical, monographic, logical-semantic, dialectical method,quantitative and qualitative comparisons, analysis and synthesis, observations and theoretical generalization. Theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis are of fundamental principles of the science of public administration, General economic principles and methods of analysis of patterns of social production on market principles, as well as the works of domestic and foreign scientists on development of state policy on rational use of mineral resources. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations for improvement of the state policy of rational use of mineral resources. Subject of research - theoretical and scientific-methodological principles of environmental management subsoil users and its practical implementation through the development of environmental services. The author's recommendations are that developed in the thesis approaches, methods and the results obtained represent the methodological basis for improving the system of services for the greening of the companies - subsoil users of Ukraine and can be used in the development of guidelines and management rules of environmental management, recommendations for subsoil users to attract environmental services for the purpose of rational use of nature.
