Essay

The dissertation is proved that the presence of a combination of genotypes Arg389Arg/Arg389Gly/T393T associated with a higher risk for hypertension,a higher heart rate, systolic blood pressure levels among patients with hypertension combined with overweight and obesity than the combined genotypes Gly389Gly/T393C/C393C. Studies new approaches to the treatment of hypertension beta-blockers depending on T393C polymorphism gene alfa-subunit of G-protein and Arg389Gly gene polymorphism beta1-adrenergic receptors, since the combination of genotypes Arg389Arg/Arg389Gly/T393T patients with obesity ofen reach the "target" of blood pressure, there is substantial decrease in heart rate and systolic blood pressure than the combined Gly389Gly/T393C/C393C genotypes.
