Vu V. Improvement of complex treatment of patients with odontogenic phlegmon of the mouth floor.

The thesis is devoted to the practical solution of scientific problem - increasing the effectiveness of conservative treatment of patients with odontogenic phlegmon of the mouth floor allows for clinical, genetic, microbiological and morphological features. The relationship between increased risk of developing odontogenic phlegmons and dependence of dysbiotic violations of the microflora of the oral cavity and polymorphism of genes TLR4 896A/G (rs4986790) and TLR2 is determinated. The influence of the drug "Lipin" on the quantitative and qualitative composition of microflora of the oral cavity of the existence of an increased risk of odontogenic phlegmon of the mouth floor and course of the regenerative processes in the festering wound and the dynamics of changes in the cellular composition of the wound contents using the drug "Lipin" in comparison with the conventional treatment were learned. The efficiency of the use of the drug "Lipin", nanocapsules containing phosphatidylcholine in the complex therapy of patients with odontogenic phlegmon of the mouth floor is proved. Development of a new method of complex treatment increases the number of functional and aesthetic positive results after surgery with improvement of the clinical course and the reduction of hospital days.
