Melnik V. Optimization of comprehensive treatment of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children of 12 - 15 years old with chronic hyperpeptic gastritis.

Thesis research is dedicated to the increase of efficacy of comprehensive treatment of chronic cataral gingivitis in teenagers suffering from chronic hyperpeptic gastritis taking into account violations of microbiocenosis at the level of mouth liquid, gingival sulcus and intestinal tract. The analysis of anamnestic data of different periods of their progress allowed defining risk factors which, can influence the formation of united damage of tissues of paradontium and stomach. On the basis of inspection of stomatological status as of primary visit, there was defined worsening of the hygienic state of oral cavity, increasing number simbions (106-108) in mouth liquid, gingival sulcus, intestinal tract affected by the decrease of level of SIgA. There was noted the diminishing amount of mouth liquid, decrease of level of рН therein and worsening of its qualitative properties. The additional including in the complement of medical measures of the offered and approved by us composite biologic drug allowed to improve the hygienic state of mouth cavity, tissues of paradontium and assisted the improvement of quantitative correlations of symbions of mouth liquid, gingival sulcus. The qualitative properties of mouth liquid and cellular composition of content of gingival sulcus improved. It helped to achieve proof remission during six months in 88,5% of patients and reduction of number of recurrence by 1,7 times.
