Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development, structure and blood supply of the leaflets of heart valves during the prenatal period of ontogenesis, in children under one year and adults at a mature age. It was determined, that blood vessels come in the cusps of the atrioventricular valves on the fibrous ring and on the chordae tendinea which are attached to the cusps of the valve too. The blood vessels within cusps become less with increase of age and are present in the base of the cusp only. The investigated blood vessels of the heart valves were detected - the vessels of the macrocirculation: arteries of muscle type and veins of unmuscular types and vessels of the microcirculation: arterioles, venules, somatic capillaries.
