Essay

The thesis constructed three-dimensional computer models of the embryonic chicken heart in a state of systole and diastole, followed by calculation of basic volumetric and linear parameters of heart chambers, and created spatial models of human fetuses 9-13-week gestational age. It is shown that from the 9th to the 11th week there is outstripping development of internal atria and right ventricle relief with active growth and prevalence of atrial cavity volume, and from the 11th to 13th week of development by more than 3-fold increase ventricular cavity volume against the backdrop of significant change of geometry and topography with a relative slowing of atrial myocardial transformation. The study analyzed the systolic-diastolic gradient of leading parameters of the heart chambers on chicken embryos during the period from the 29th to the end stages of prenatal cardiogenesis. Based on ultrastructural analysis in the comparison of distinctions sarcomers structure and other cellular components in the state of systole and diastole.
