Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the research of peculiarities, structures and factors of social-psychological competence's development of pedagogical college's students, studying the specialty "primary education". Basic approaches to the studying of notions "competence", "psychological competence", "social-psychological competence" in Ukrainian and foreign psychological science have been analyzed. It is shown that the structure of social-psychological competence is compound of three components: personal, cognitive and operating. Insufficient level of main components of social-psychological competence's development of pedagogical college's graduators was found. In order to form the sufficient level of social-psychological competence, the program was designed to cover all types of students' activities. The obtained results proved the effectiveness of forming experiment that was held, which were detected in increasing indicators of each social-psychological competence's component.
