Essay

The dissertation presents the results of investigation of properties of recycled cottage cheese and casein - whey suspensions and cheese dust: a content of cheese dust in it, particle size distribution joint venture, its adhesion and compression and filtration properties. The appropriate mathematical equations are presented here. There is a conclusion on whether treatment whey by filtration. Studies have shown that filters can be separated by up to 90% of the total weight of SP in whey. It is proposed the construction of filter cleaner whey. A mathematical model of branch joint venture with whey by filtration on filter proposed design. Through experimental studies it have been found that the mathematical model adequately reflects the filtering whey. The results of the thesis are introduced a private dairy plants "Alma Vita" (the act of implementing of 26.10.2012r.). The expected economic effect of the introduction of is 18.1 UAH the processing of 1 t. milk.
