Work is devoted to the improvement of treatment results of surgical treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The clinical data of standard treatment of 120 patients with NSCLC stage IIB-IIIA was analyzed. Were analyzed changes in the immune system of patients receiving DC-autovaccines. The conclusion about the optimal number of cycles of the DC-autovaccine was found. Evaluated the clinical efficacy and toxicity profile studied DC-autovaccine nedribnoklitynnyy in patients with lung cancer stage IIB-IIIA was done. A protocol DC-autovaccine use in patients with NSCLC stage IIB-IIIA.
