The object - the process of regulation of competitive relations in investment sphere of the national economy. Subject - theoretical, methodological and applied the provisions regulating competition relations in the securities market of Ukraine (SMU). Purpose - to study principles and develop recommendations to improve the system of regulation of competitive relations SMU. Methods - position of general economic theory. Novelty - proposed scientific approach to the study of processes regulating competition relations on SMU. Result - developed proposals and recommendations aimed at development of competitive relations in regulation SMU. Implemented - JSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
