Essay

Thesis is devoted to the determination of main features of retarded junior pupils' violations. On the basis of the individualized estimation of psychomotor qualities for children with the different level of intellectual development it has been defined that retarded children have such signs of psychomotor development as: decrease of motor activity (concerning the indexes of general and insignificant skills, coordination of motions in space, mimic movement, speed of psychomotor action), considerable violations of muscle, spatial and dynamic praxis; increase of latent periods of health and motor reactions; increase of the level of motor excitation and decrease of the level of motor exactness; decrease of the level of visual gnosis informing; increase of the coefficient of cerebrum's hemispheres functional asymmetry that testifies to violation of harmonious cooperation of sensor and motor components of movement. The ways of nosotropically oriented correction of violations of psychomotor, perceptive and cognitive development of retarded junior pupils have been analyzed according to the results of complex neuropsychological and psychophysiological inspection of children with intellectual defects.
