Sainskyi D. Organization and Economic Mechanism of Hop Growing Development in Ukraine

The object of study: the process of formation and use of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of hop industry. Objective: to deepen the theoretical and methodological bases, methodical approaches, generalization of practical experience and scientific substantiation of proposals for improving the organizational-economic mechanism of development of hop growing. Methods: dialectical; abstract logic; deductive; economics and statistics; poll; extrapolation; expert evaluations; rating; graphical comparison. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific substantiation of theoretical foundations of hop production development, theoretical and methodological principles of formation and use of the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of the branch development have been carried out. Methodical approaches to the assessment of the mentioned mechanism components on the branch development process ensuring have been generalized. The analysis of the current state of hop growing industry have been carried out, the influence of organizational and economic mechanism components' performance on social and economic efficiency of its operation have been defined. Conceptual bases of improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of hop production development based on the industry organizational structure perfection, mechanisms of elaboration of strategies and development programs and state support of the branch development have been grounded. The novelty lies in the deepening of the theoretical and methodological frameworks and practical provisions for the improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of hop industry. The results and proposals made for the introduction of and used by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine; Department of Agricultural Development of the Zhytomyr regional state administration; Institute of Agriculture Agriculture Polissya NAAS; Hop growers Association of Ukraine; LLC "Hopshtayner Ukraine"; used in the educational process of Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. Scope (area) use: public authorities at various levels.
