Essay

The thesis is devoted to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of the patients with helicobacter pylori-negative gastritis in combination with arterial hypertension and chronic heart failure. It was based on the studying the clinical and morfoendoscopic signs of the gastric mucosa lesion, lipid peroxidation, autoimmune response and endothelial vasoactive factors in the dynamics of complex pathogenetic treatment using the cytoprotector Thiotriazoline and without it. It was proved that the development of hypertension, chronic heart failure and gastric mucosa disorders have common mechanisms. Also their dependence from the features of lipid peroxidation, autoimmune response and condition of endothelial vasoactive factors was revealed. More pronounced positive effect on the clinical, hemodynamic and endomorfologic state of the patients in the case of inclusion in the pathogenetic treatment scheme the antioxidant Thiotriazoline was shown. An alternative, non-invasive approach for predicting the macroscopic inflammatory changes of the gastric mucosa was proposed for the patients with contraindications for gastroscopy or subjective difficulties.
