Essay

The aim of this paper is to conceptualize the global democratization phenomenon. Premises for its appearance are found out. Reasons for theoretical construction are analyzed. Basic grounds for practical fulfillment are given. Correspondence between dialogic-inter-civilizational form of interaction and the democratic principle is set. Correlation between fulfillment of democratic forms and spreading of democratic transformations is followed. Perspectives of successful incorporation of democratic rules are forecasted relatively to chosen type of reformatory model.
