Ruden O. Legal Environmental Regulations of Contractual Relations in Ukraine

Dissertation thesis looks into environmental regulation of contractual relations in Ukraine. The paper analyzes the scientific and legal research on environmental contractual relationship, investigated genesis environmental regulation of contractual relations, environmental legal nature of the contractual relationship and justify their place in the subject of environmental law. Much attention is paid to the concept, the subject-object structure, content and grounds of origin, modifying, and terminating environmental contractual relations, which have become ecological criteria for the classification of contractual relations on types. Detailed analysis of certain types of contractual arrangements for the use of natural resources, especially environmental regulation of contractual relations and contractual relations in the field of environmental safety.
