Domariev D. Method for informative-analytical support of information security management based on estimations structuring

Research object: process of informative-analytical support for the decision making concerning information security (IS). Research subject: improve the efficiency of informative-analytical support for the IS management by means of developed models and method based on estimations structuring. The model of logical and functional relations between the components of an IS management system (ISMS) is improved. The corresponding ISMS data model is developed. The set of components named "Directions" is given a variable length. This provides the flexibility to the processes of analysis, prognostication and informative-analytical support for the decisions concerning IS; concerted processing and storage of operational tasks, knowledge and IS risks under the incompleteness of information. The method of informative-analytical support for IS management based on estimations structuring is improved. The use of improved model of relations between the components of an ISMS and the developed data model provides the structuring of IS analysis and management according to logical and functional relations between the components of an ISMS. The research results are implemented: in the development of informative-analytical system at a state authority of Ukraine, in development of information systems security evaluation method at "EPOS" LTD., in development of software means for software quality management at National aviation university.
