Essay

The paper is devoted to the scientific justification and development of organizational and economic mechanism of the innovation developments transfer at enterprises of water transport and the role of the organization’s staff in the process. The definition of "technology transfer", "innovative competence of personnel" and the classifications of the technology transfer were improved. The improvement of the instruments of transfer of the innovations for application at enterprises of water transport in Ukraine was proposed.
