Dissertation is sanctified to the ground of parameters of building machines with an abrasive working organ which will provide the increase of the productivity and quality of implementation of cleansing operations. In the process of research the mechanism of co-operation of polymeric-abrasive brush is set with a surface, rational parameters of machines for their occasion, and also application domain. On the basis of the conducted works the worked out methodology of research of thermal processes is taking into account the thermophysical parameters of polymeric-abrasive fibre and construction of brush, power parameters which allow to define the parameters of machine for the occasion of brushes with a burst performance and wearproofness of polymeric-abrasive brushes. Got analytical dependences of thermal processes, which flow in fibres which take into account the thermophysical parameters of fibre, that allows to promote a capacity and reliability of polymeric-abrasive brush. Experimental researches allowed to define force of blow of fibres of polymeric-abrasive brush at a surface, which is processed. The difference of theoretical and experimental researches lies within the limits of 8%, that allows to assert about adequacy of theoretical results in relation to experimental. On the basis of the conducted researches a portable machine the working organ of which is a polymeric-abrasive brush billow is worked out. The working drawings of machine are passed for making in Ltd "BRISTOL of INVEST". Recommendations on the improvement of construction of polymeric-abrasive brushes are passed in Ltd "ABRASIVE PLUS", in obedience to which were made and test experimental standards of polymeric-abrasive brushes.
