Popelnyuh R. Cognizance of case in the administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to complex scientific research of the actual questions related to the cognizance of cases in the administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine. Legal principles of cognizance of cases are investigational in the administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine, its types are considered. Author's definition of legal category "cognizance of case in the administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine" is given, its importance is exposed, principles that there are the base of rules of its definition are outlined, concepts of "cognizance" and "jurisdiction" in the administrative legal proceedings are characterized, influence of separate institutes of the latter on the definition of rules of cognizance is shown. Observance of rules of cognizance as the guarantee of legality of court decisions is emphasized. On the basis of the conducted decision propositions concerning making changes and amendments to the Administrative Legal Proceedings Code of Ukraine are made.
