Object of study: the development of organizational and legal forms of business in agriculture Chernivtsi region. Objective: To study theoretical, methodological and practical fundamentals of organizational and legal forms of business in agricultural activities. Methods: dialectical, abstraction, structural and genetic, theoretical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, monographic, observation, comparison, measurement, system-structural analysis, clustering, expert assessments, surveys, program-oriented forecasting, modeling. Scientific novelty: for the first time proved promising model of organizational and legal forms of business in the agricultural sector; improved the conceptual apparatus by introducing refined and interpreted the concepts of "business", "businessman", "business structure", "development of businesses," "State support agriculture," "economic mechanism" "mechanism to support the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector of the economy" , provisions for the use of the method of expert assessments to determine issues of support and encourage the development of legal forms of agricultural enterprise, the key mechanisms of support systems and incentives for entrepreneurship; received the further development of approaches to the formation of infrastructure providing agricultural market, ways of increasing the effectiveness of the program budget to provide financial support to agricultural enterprises.
