Tanasiienko N. Forming the system of exposure and realization the reserves of labour productivity on industrial enterprises.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of methodological and practical suggestions, aimed at identifying and implementing the reserves of productivity growth to improve the efficiency of enterprises. The theoretical foundations of productivity as a criterion for the efficiency of the economic system were investigated. The classification of factors and reserves of increasing productivity on various grounds was specified. The matrix of determination the factors and the reserves of the labour productivity was constructed which combines the level of origins (macro level, meso level, micro level and individual level) with grouping after character of influence and provides the factor of time during their using (current, perspective, strategic). The scientific and methodical approach to the assessment of reserves increased productivity and the system of indicators were improved. The reserves of increasing the labour productivity were estimated. The priority areas of machine building enterprises on the basis of implementing provisions of increasing productivity were grounded. The system of administrative influence on the identification and implementation of reserves of increasing productivity on the enterprises was designed. The necessity of using of program-oriented approach to management of reserves of increasing the labor productivity on the enterprises was grounded. The modeling and forecasting of labor productivity on enterprises and directions reduce the impact of the crisis done.
