In the dissertation, the theoretical and methodological principals and practical recommendations as for the development and effective functioning of a comprehensive evaluation system of the effectiveness of direct foreign investment in the industry are substantiated. Theoretical foundations of foreign direct investment at enterprises are examined. To ensure a reliable estimation of foreign direct investment at industrial transactors, appropriate methodological tools, including a set of indicators of evaluation of foreign direct investment; factor models of profitability and monetary impact of foreign direct investment; static matrix of evaluating the effectiveness of foreign direct investment and the procedure of dynamic assessment of the efficiency of foreign direct investment temporally at enterprises should be used. The technique of integrated assessment, which allow to take into account the main directions of the efficiency of direct foreign investment at the industrial enterprise is improved. The system of key indicators for monitoring the efficiency of direct foreign investment for the phases of the life cycle of industrial enterprises is established, the usage of which is essential for ensuring effective foreign direct investment at enterprises. The system of directly integrated assessment of foreign investment in the industry is developed, allowing implementation of a systematic approach for reliable integrated evaluation of the effectiveness of foreign direct investment and justification of effective management measures to optimize the process for ensuring long-term growth of industrial enterprises.
