The dissertation is devoted to the search of rational internal and external parameters of constructional monotropic overlap in conditions of multi-variant download during static and dynamic loads. To verify the theoretical data the natural full-scale experimental study was conducted. Rationalization principles of internal and external parameters of constructional monotropic overlap in conditions of multi-variant download during static and dynamic loads were developed and described. Rational length of the console and geometrical dimension of the liner were obtained. On the basis of the employed method the analysis of the general stress-strain condition of the construction was conducted. The results of the natural full-scale experimental study were introduced. Deflections received theoretically were not more than 19% larger than deflections obtained experimentally. The results of implementation of constructional monotropic overlap in three buildings in Kharkov city were introduced.
