Mykhalchuk L. The implementation of alfacalcidol in complex treatment of vitamin D deficit conditions indiabetes mellitus type 2 patients.

Object of the study: the state of the compensation of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and complex therapy of patients with T2DM. The aim of study: explore the concentration of vitamin D in the blood serum of patients with T2DM, depending on the degree of compensation and type of diabetes of hypoglycemic therapy and to determine the feasibility of the active metabolite of vitamin D complex treatment of patients in order to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Methods of the investigation and equipment: general clinical, biochemical, immunological, electrochemiluminescent, colorimetric, statistical research electrochemiluminescent analyzer "Elessys 2010", test system cobas. Theoretical and practical results: here was shown that for patients with T2DM are characterized by a deficiency of vitamin D (DVD) mainly of severe degree, and the state security body vitamin D general correlates with the degree of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c). It was demonstrated that low vitamin D in the above patients can be the prognostic indicator of macrovascular lesions. Improved tactics of patients with T2DM inclusion in complex therapy of alphacalcidol. Novelty: there were refined scientific data on the availability of vitamin D in patients with T2DM. For the first time demonstrated that in patients with a DVD severe level of HbA1c, and theHbA1c is higher than in patients with moderately DVD. Augmented scheme of complex therapy of patients with T2DM and demonstrated that alfacalcidol in patients with T2DM promotes reduces the HbA1c, of an index of an abdominal obesity, normalization of indicators of lipids of a blood.
