Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of methods and algorithms for parameter and state estimation of the wireless network, detect network congestion, failures of network elements and nodes. The methods of polling are implemented for the control of congestions of the network with random parameters and structure, variation of number of network and terminal nodes. The set of scientific propositions formulated and proved in the thesis, is a scientific problem solving system control network load segments and components as objects of control and their reliability based on signal delays and managing information.
