Object - transfer processes and coding information for the physical layer of wireless access systems. Purpose - to increase the effectiveness and reliability of the information given in wireless access systems through the use of code structures without overlapping time-frequency elements and their adaptation to the real conditions of the functioning data link. Methods: the coding theory, information theory, processing theory of digital signals, simulation and mathematical statistics. The theoretical results: the first time developed model code constructions without overlapping time-frequency elements, unlike the existing ones, provides the division of users of wireless access systems by orthogonal codes to improve multi-channel data transfer. For the first time the method of adaptation of code structures is designed for real conditions of operation of the physical layer of wireless access systems that, unlike the existing ones, ensures the authenticity of the information through restructuring orthogonal codes and their parametric settings without increasing total power output. Mathematical model of construction of the physical layer of wireless access has been further developed through the development of additional analytical dependences that allow the description of the transfer of data to take into account the state of the channel and speed. Practical results: new information technology of providing the reliability of information in wireless systems based on adaptive code constructions can increase the energy gain of 5 dB coding, and thus the reliability of information at a given frequency to increase efficiency of 0.3 bit / (sHts). Model code constructions without overlapping time-frequency elements enables the separation of users of wireless access system by orthogonal codes. Method of adaptation of code structures in real conditions of operation of the physical layer of wireless access provides the restructuring of orthogonal codes and their parametric configuration without increasing power output. Sphere of application - information technology for networks NGN.
