Marchuk I. Investment support of competitiveness of construction companies

This research focuses on theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of investment support enterprise competitiveness of the construction industry of Ukraine. To provide program management software investment, which targets is to achieve the planned level of competitiveness of construction enterprises based on aggregate organizational structures investor and developer, a special strategic planning and investment unit was created - "Center of investment security responsibility." This unit is a special structure that performs the dual problem: in the first stage conducts a preliminary audit of the construction company, formes or adjusts investment program, supervises the progress of its implementation; in the second stage conceptual process model management level competitive position of building enterprise is used through a multi scale evaluation of the competitive position of the company on the market that allows "Center of responsibility" to form strategic, operational programs and ongoing investment security.
